Under this scheme, a life insurance coverage benefit will be provided to all the lawyers of Delhi along with life insurance, you will also be provided with E – a library to further lawyers’ careers.

Benefits of Chief Minister Advocates Welfare Delhi
This scheme has been made by the chief minister of Delhi keeping in mind some interests of the lawyers like:
- Life insurance covers up to RS 10 Lakhs and will be provided to the lawyer.
- Under family floater insurance up to Rs 5 lakh will be provided to the lawyer, his wife, and their two dependent children.
- A library with books and periodicals to be set up in 6 district courts of Delhi.
- Advocates get creche facilities and staff facilities from the authorities in the 6 district courts.
CM Advocates Welfare Scheme Eligibility

- The Applier candidate must be a lawyer and belong to Delhi city.
- Applying lawyer must have his/ her lawyer’s license.
- Applying lawyer should have his official document form for applying this scheme.
