Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar started the e-rickshaw scheme on 15^th October 2018. Under this scheme, all the cycle rickshaw drivers will convert their rickshaw into e-rickshaw, for this only 10% of the remaining expenses will be borne by the beneficiary. All expenses will be borne by the Government. For the e-rickshaw scheme, the Haryana Government had also announced a budget of RS 56 lakh. But from time to time this scheme is changed and relaunched. Eligibility For Deendyal E-Rickshaw

1. The applicant will be a permanent resident of Haryana.
2. The age of the person applying should be between 18 years to 50 years.
3. Only those families whose annual income is less than RS 1 lakh can apply for E-rickshaw.
