Under this scheme, all the youth of Jammu and Kashmir who are financially weak and want to take IAS and JKAS training free can apply for this. A pre-qualifying test will be taken by the J&K Government.  Passed youth will be sent for the next procedure. Parwaaz Scheme Registration Date 2023
