Land To Landless Scheme Jammu And Kashmir 2023, Application Form, Eligibility:-The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued orders for the allotment of 5 Marla land to landless PMAY beneficiaries. Under this scheme, those people who do not have their own houses in Jammu and Kashmir are being provided with 5 Marla land by the government so that they can build their dream houses. The Administrative Council of Jammu and Kashmir took this historic decision on June 2023. The beneficiaries of Jammu and Kashmir who have been deprived under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana or who do not have their own house and want to apply for this scheme, then the 3^rd phase of PMAY is going to be launched in J&K.

Jammu and Kashmir Government has launched a Yojana to allotte land to landless families. The Jammu and Kashmir Government approved this scheme on 21^st June 2023. Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha started the allotment of land to landless families on 3^rd July 2023. Under PMAY 5 Marla land will be provided by the government to the landless families. After the launch of this plan opposition parties and many politicians raised questions on this plan and they said that 2 lakh people settle in Kashmir means settling 10 lakh people.

After raising questions on the scheme, Lieutenant Governor issued an order to implement this scheme on 7^th July 2023 by taking a stand for this scheme. Under the Housing for All Scheme, the benefit of this scheme will be given only to those people who do not have their own houses.
