Piggery Scheme Eligibility Criteria

1. The person applying for this scheme should be a farmer by profession.
2. Only permanent residents of Meghalaya can also apply for this scheme.
3. Under this scheme, 4 pigs will be provided to the farmers, which will include 3 female pigs and one male pig.
4. With this, benefits will be provided to more than 6,000 cattle herders of the state under the scheme.
