Step 13 – Download the “Swimming Health and Fitness Certificate”: –
1. Click the “Action” button.
2. Select the Upload Certificate of Eligibility option
3. Open and print the health and fitness certificate PDF file
4. Go to the doctor’s clinic and get certified
