Andhra Pradesh government has made these houses with the township and infrastructure development corporation. Under this scheme over 15, 60,000 TIDCO houses were under construction, or 12.7 lakh houses are supposed to be constructed. APTIDCO Houses Complete Detail
- Phase 1: under this category 2.6 lakh TIDCO houses are provided to the 1.43 lakh people. Over 3.805 crore rupees are expected to be spent on this scheme. You have only to pay 1 rupee to get these flats. The house will be 300 sq. Ft. in area.
- Phase 2: under this scheme, the government will give you half of the down payment and half will be paid by the beneficiaries. The house will be 365 sq. Ft. in area.
- Phase 3: under this scheme, the government will give you half of the down payment and half will be paid by the beneficiaries. The house will be 430 sq. Ft. in area.

- The applicant should be in the economically weaker section.
- The maximum income should be 25.000 per month for EWS.
- For the low-income category, the income range should be between 25,000 to 50,000.
