Lucknow Digital Health Report Card Registration 2023, School Health Insurance Programme Scheme UP:-The Uttar Pradesh government has launched a special scheme for the students of UP. Uttar Pradesh Development Department, Lucknow Smart City has taken out a health program for children, which is named School Health Programme 2023. Under this scheme, a health report card will be made for the health of the children.
Health Report Card Scheme has been launched by the Uttar Pradesh Government to enhance the quality of education. A Green signal has been given to launch this scheme by UP Government. This scheme recently has been launched in 3 schools. Continuous efforts are being made by the UP Government to bring the quality of education of the school children of UP to a high level. Lucknow Digital Health Report Card Registration 2023
School Health Programme 2023 Scheme has been launched by UP’s Urban Development Department and Lucknow Smart City to improve the education system of children. This scheme has been started by the government in 3 schools in the capital. The Programme has been started by the UP Government on 7th May 2023. This scheme has been started under the pilot project.
Under this scheme, every child will be provided with a health cover cashless card up to RS 25,000 and a unique ID will also be created for the child. If a child is admitted to the hospital due to any disease, then that child will be treated free of cost through this card.

Benefits of Lucknow Digital Health Report Card Scheme
Keeping in mind the health facilities and education of the students, the UP Government has launched a health card scheme.
- The main objective of this scheme is to provide a good health level to all school students.
- Under this scheme, a unique ID card is prepared for each child and they will be provided the benefit of a health cover cashless scheme.
- Under this scheme, along with the health level of the students, their education level will also be taken to a higher level.
- Under this scheme, if a child suffers from any disease, he will be treated free through a unique health card.
- A health cover cashless card of RS 25,000 will be provided by the government in the name of the child, which will help in his treatment if he is, willing.

Under this scheme, 3 schools of Municipal Corporation have been included at present, in which health cards of 1765 children have been started, the names of these schools are:
- Aminabad Inter College, UP.
- Kashmiri Mohalla Girls Inter College, UP.
- Kashmiri Mohalla Montessori School, UP.
Eligibility Criteria for Lucknow Digital Health Card Yojana
- The student applying for this scheme must be a permanent resident of UP state and must be studying in a school of UP.
- The benefits of this scheme will be given by the government only to the children studying in schools.
- The applying student must have his basic documents.
