JDA Housing Scheme New Plots 2023

A total of 359 plots will be allotted by Jaipur Development Authority. Only MIG and LIG category people will get benefit from this scheme. All these plots are not roofs at the same locations they have different locations.

1. Out of these plots, 194 plots are located in Dahikhurd, Sukhadia Nagar of Ajmer Road, Rajasthan.
2. And the remaining 165 plots are located in Priyadarshini Nagar Muhana of Sanganer, Rajasthan.

All these plots will be allotted based on the lottery system.

JDA Jaipur Eligibility

• The applier candidate must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan State.
• The minimum age of the applicant for the JDA Housing Scheme must be 18 years.
• Only LIG and MIG category people can apply for this housing scheme.
• If you belong to the LIG category and want to apply for this housing scheme, then your annual income should be between RS 3 lakh to 6 lakh.
• If you belong to the MIG category, then your family’s annual income should be between Rs 6 lakh and 1,000,000.
• There should be a bank account in the name of the person applying which is linked to the Aadhar Card.
• The person applying for the JDA scheme should not have any house in the name of any member of his family.
