Recently, the Kerala government launched a scheme for junior lawyers of Kerala. This scheme has been launched by Pinarayi Vijayan the Chief Minister of Kerala. This scheme has been launched on 11 February 2020 Saturday. Under this, he has announced a stipend for the junior lawyers of the state. It has been announced to give Rs 3000 per month to the junior lawyers.

That means lawyers will be given RS 36,000 every year. The annual income of the eligible lawyer should be less than 1 lakh. The monthly stipend will go directly to the bank account of the junior lawyer. In 2022, an attempt was also made to implement this scheme for lawyers, but at that time due for some reason, this attempt was unsuccessful.
